The County has established dental plan benefits for all eligible employees, participating agencies, retirees and their covered dependents. The County desires to provide these benefit plans, which require certain administrative and claims processing services. The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) Contractor to provide bundle benefit plans effective January 1, 2025. The Contractor selected under this RFP must provide dental plan benefits and related administrative services to all County’s eligible employees and eligible retirees covered by the plan as outlined in Attachment D-Technical Questionnaire.

The County reserves the right under the Contract to negotiate a change in coverage under the Plans that is within the general scope of the executed Contract with the Contractor at any time during the contract term subject to mutual written agreement of the parties via a written Contract Amendment.
