1. Required Deliver Schedule. The County requires delivery of the goods or services to be made according to the schedule below. The County will evaluate equally, regarding time of delivery, bids that propose delivery of each quantity of the goods or service within the required delivery period specified below. Bids that indicate a delivery schedule exceeding the “Required” delivery time period specified will be declared non-responsive and rejected. The County may elect to award under the Bidder’s proposed delivery schedule only if it offers delivery in the same or less time than the required delivery schedule. If the Bidder does not indicate its own delivery schedule, then the Bidder shall accept the required delivery schedule and it will apply to the award.

a. Number of days will be seven (7) to ten (10) business days after County places an order and/or a purchase order defining the quantity, type and size.

b. After the initial order, additional purchase orders defining the quantity, type and size will be issued at regular and/or irregular intervals.

2. Packaging and Shipping. Filters in Group I will be appropriately package to avoid damage during shipping. Filters with depth of 1-, 2- and 4-inch depth shall be package in groups of 12, 8 and 4 respectively (other quantities may be suggest by the Bidder). Each package will contain only one (1) size filter. Filters will be packaged as required to best protect the specific filter from damage during shipping. Each package will be clearly labeled for delivery to the Montgomery County User with the type, size and quantity.
