Board of Elections (BOE) Mission, Products and Services
The mission of the BOE is to register voters, conduct elections, assist persons seeking elective office with candidate filings and campaign fund reports, assist citizens seeking to place questions on the ballot, and preserve election data.
The BOE provides a variety of products for public information, such as: registration information; data files, voter notification cards; and election maps. Additionally, the BOE provides a variety of services to aid citizens in exercising their right to vote: information to candidates and potential candidates for public office about filing for office and campaign funding; and information to the general public about candidates, elections, and accessibility to polling places.

Purpose of This Invitation for Bid (IFB)
For the BOE to support the mission, deliver products and services, ensure the integrity of the voting system, and comply with Maryland Election Laws, the BOE must maintain a ready inventory of materials and supplies, primarily in its warehouse, at 18753 North Frederick Avenue Suite 210, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. In this IFB, the County is soliciting for one or more Contractors to provide goods to the BOE in the following ten subject categories, which are detailed on the Quotation Sheet as Groups A through K (there is no Group I)
