It is the County’s intent to enter into a contract with a qualified firm that is able to provide inflatable projection screen audio/video system.

Identification of an item by Manufacturer’s name, trade name, catalog number or reference is intended to be descriptive but not restrictive in that it is used for the purpose of describing the type, style, quality, performance and minimum specifications of the product desired, and shall not be interpreted to mean the only acceptable product. Other makes and/or models will be considered provided the Offeror clearly states in the spaces provided what is being proposed. The County reserves the right to accept or reject, in its sole discretion, items offered as an “equal”.

Prices are net, inclusive of all charges for transportation, FOB Destination, inside delivery, freight prepaid and allowed, and all other charges necessary to provide the goods as outlined herein. Prices are less Federal, State, and Local taxes. Set-up and user instructions must be included.
