It is the County's intent to enter into contract with a qualified and experienced professional security firm capable of offering a program that provides the most comprehensive and visible security coverage within the allocated fiscal budget and demonstrates the ability and resources to expand and/or revise the security program as required by changing security situations or addition of facilities, locations, or hours of coverage during the contract term. Offerors are specifically advised that the estimated numbers of patrol hours shown in the Cost Worksheet attachment are based on current fiscal year budget and that pending budget decisions for future fiscal years may result in changes to the total number of hours required under the resulting contract.
