This solicitation will be issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/maryland/montgomerycounty). The Office of Animal Services (OAS) requires the proper and legal removal of deer, small wildlife (typically larger than opossum), and domestic animal carcasses from County roadways and other properties in Montgomery County to be transported to the State Highway Administration-Gaithersburg Facility, 502 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 and the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC), 7315 Muncaster Mill Road, Derwood, MD 20855 for storage and disposal.
