  • For reporting lost, stolen or damaged CNR swipe card and payment or transaction information, contact MJ Management Services:

    Phone: 800-980-6564 (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

    (Lost or stolen CNR swipe cards must be reported immediately by calling Call-n-Ride/MJ Management Services at 800-980-6564. Cards reported lost or stolen are immediately cancelled and deemed invalid by Call-n-Ride/MJ Management Services and any remaining balances on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to your replacement card. There is a $5 replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards, payable to MJ Management Services, 6300 Blair Hill Lane, Suite 301, Baltimore Maryland 21209.)

    Phone: (800) 980-6564 (select option 1, and you will be prompted to enter last 8 digits of your Call-n-Ride (CNR) Swipe Card).

    Balance and transaction information can also be obtained by registering and accessing your personal account information online at http://www.eztransport.net/mococnr/members
