The application will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Applications should be completed.
Once you submit your application, someone will typically get back to you within 2 weeks.
This is what you will need:
- Your property tax id number: https://apps.montgomerycountymd.gov/realpropertytax/
- A specific project type. If you're not sure about the Requirements & Guidelines, look at the specific project type requirements in the column to the right.
