If you have an active (or applying for a) Disposal Account (financial credit account) with the Montgomery County Transfer Station.
If you contract to collect and provide services for the collection and/or transporting of material including food waste from residential, multi-family, and/or commercial properties.
If you contract to collect or haul bulky material (i.e., furniture, appliances, etc.) from residential, multi-family, and/or commercial properties not including food waste.
If your company is hired to pick-up bulky items or construction and demolition material.
If the material being hauled is not a by-product of a service you are providing such as plumbing work, carpentry work, landscaping services, remodeling work, etc.
