BACKGROUND
Montgomery County Community Engagement Cluster hosts a concert series on Thursday nights (Silver Spring Swings) from June to August and a Thanksgiving parade on the Saturday morning before Thanksgiving in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. The concert series may be held weekly or bi-weekly.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
A. The Contractor must deliver all equipment based on the requirements listed in the Quotation Sheet. Locations, dates and times of events will be listed on any purchase orders issued by the Office of Procurement.
B. The Contractor must provide sufficient experienced staff to be on-site to set up, operate, and take down all equipment.
C. The Contractor must ensure that all cables must be wired through the underground cabling system, where available, or secured to ensure that the cabling does not creation a tripping hazard.
D. The Contractor must provide up to three hours prior to the event for sound check.
