The Department of Correction and Rehabilitation is seeking quotes for repair services for warehouse equipment, lawn mowers, and floor cleaning appliances.
The Contractor must repair all types of equipment listed on the quotation sheet as requested by the County. All repairs must comply with the relevant equipment manufacturers’ recommendations. All work performed by the Contractor must meet local, state, and federal codes and standards and be performed under the Contractor’s license, if applicable.
The Contractor must reply to repair requests within one (1) business day upon receipt to schedule service. The Contractor must have sufficient inventory or access to parts to complete basic repairs within the scheduled service visit. Repairs that require special parts must be done within 3 business days of the initial service visit.
