Before the contract term ends, the Director may (but is not required to) renew this contract, if the Director determines that renewal is in the best interests of the County. Contractor’s satisfactory performance does not guarantee renewal of this Contract. The Director may exercise this option to renew for TWO (2) additional one- year periods.
