The Contractor must be able to engrave, stamp and provide burnish gold to the Maryland Judiciary State emblem on letterhead, envelopes, note pads and business cards in a timely manner. The letterhead and envelopes will have the emblem engraved and the names/addresses on the stationary shall be engraved.
The letterhead shall be available in several white and ivory colors.
The ink shall be available in black or blue colors.
The contractor must be able to download and replicate the Maryland Judiciary emblem without flaws or errors. The emblem should be approved by the Circuit Court before any stationary is created. A template with the emblem must be created for printing and approved by the Circuit Court for reordering purposes.
Orders to the contractor shall be received between regular business hours of 8:30am and 5pm.
Once the contractor has received the order from the Court, the contractor will provide an estimate to the Court of the costs of the stationary in a timely manner and the prices shall be fair and reasonable.
The contractor shall provide a proof of the printed materials for review before printing.
The contractor shall produce the stationary for the court in a timely manner.
Contractors must make corrections to or fix any errors to the satisfaction of the Court when requested to do so.
The contractor will ship the printed materials to the Circuit Court at 50 Maryland Avenue Suite 3040 Rockville, Maryland in a timely manner.
