Scope	The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a dedicated professional, or designated individual within a business organization or agency, to provide a vulnerable family strengthening program to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) students in elementary, middle and high school and their families. This program can take place in the schools or in the community and must serve immigrant youth and families that have experienced the following: complex trauma associated with family separation, family reunification, sexual abuse, neglect, trafficking, and gang victimization.
