Scope	It is the intent of Montgomery County, hereafter referred to as the “County”, to enter into a contract with a qualified entity that will be responsible for the operation and maintenance café providing coffee, other hot beverages, cold drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and other services to Wheaton Library and Community Recreation Center. The café will operate out of over 90,000 sf space, located just north of the Wheaton Central Business District, at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Arcola Avenue at 11701 Georgia Avenue, Wheaton Maryland 20902.
