Purpose of this informal is to furnish and install a Tridium Niagara N4 open protocol Building Automation System upgrade. Automatic Temperature Control System as follows: Building Management System • Tridium Niagara N4 based open protocol system with the following features and accessories: o Graphical user interface creation & mapping. o New graphical user o Reprogramming of [4] existing legacy DDC controllers with Lon network variables to allow communication with new master DDC controller. o Programming in the new Jace for creation of BACnet points for integration into Montgomery County main facility BAS o Assistance with integration into main facility BAS Central Plant • Supply & install master DDC controller in NEMA 1 enclosure with all necessary accessories including Lon communication module and UPS. • Connect existing Lon bus wiring from master DDC controller to the DDC controllers in the North Arcade, South Arcade, Boiler Room, and Yellow Barn. Control Wiring Installation: • Wiring is as follows: o Low voltage (24VAC or below) wiring only. o Plenum Rated Cable will be used in concealed, accessible locations using nylon tie wraps. o EMT with compression fittings will be used only in exposed mechanical rooms, inaccessible areas and in instances where damage may occur. o Cables will be provided with 300-volt insulation unless otherwise directed by spec.
