• Design and facilitate three (3) monthly meetings of the Strategy and Planning Committee
• Design and facilitate two (2) Focus Group meetings with identified stakeholder groups to provide feedback for the Strategic Plan
• Assist DHHS in designing a community survey that will be administered and analyzed by DHHS staff
• Assist DHHS/SEPH in establishing Strategy and Planning Committee Working groups and advising on the groups’ role and composition
• Plan, schedule and facilitate up-to eight (8) meetings of the Strategy and Planning Committee Working Groups within six months.
• Develop template agendas and worksheets to guide additional meetings and work of the Working Groups
• Partner with the Strategy and Planning Co-Chairs and DHHS staff to translate the work of the Strategy and Planning Committee and Working Groups into a concise Strategic Plan and corresponding Action Plan
• Plan, schedule and facilitate one (1) community-wide meeting to share the Strategic Plan and generate momentum and forward action towards the Plan’s vision and goals
• Schedule and hold weekly planning calls with the Project Team to discuss project progress and strategize on next steps
