Scope	Removal, pick-up and disposal of biological, medical and hazardous waste from its public health clinics and County sites. The Contractor must be licensed by the State of Maryland and other municipalities in which the services described in this solicitation are provided. The Contractor must be a Maryland Department Special Medical Waste Hauler licensed by the Maryland Environmental Protection Agency and must be Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant.
