The Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking business requirements for a Case Management system application that meets Abused Persons Program (APP) and Victime Assistance and Secual Assault Program (VASAP) program services. The system must be able to securely store client names and demographic data, be able to communicate with State and Local partners, and be able to provide necessary reports required by State and Federal law.
DHHS expects to have up to 20 named users/logins for the service as the Trauma Services Program is responsible for managing the list of users.
