The Montgomery County, Department of Correction and Rehabilitation needs maintenance and repair services janitorial cleaning machines.
The Contractor must have been in business for at least five (5) years and maintain licenses/certifications as applicable.
The Contractor must conduct monthly service /inspections on all motorized floor cleaning machines at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Boyds, MD. All inspections and repairs must comply with the equipment manufacturers’ recommendations. All work performed by the Contractor must meet local, state, and federal codes and standards as applicable. Repairs that cannot be completed at the time of the monthly inspection must be done within five (5) business days after completing the monthly inspection. Requests for an emergency repair must be responded to within one (1) business day upon receipt of the request.
