The Office of the County Council is seeking a contractor to develop a report on how to achieve an improved Montgomery County Council website (http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/council), including an improved search system and navigation, a modernized look and feel, and integration with other communications channels. The Council expects the backend framework of the websites to follow the County standards.
