The Division has accumulated capital improvement project documents over the years for its 3 Parking Lot Districts (Bethesda, Silver Spring and Wheaton), with 21 Garages and 20 Lots and over 21,500 total parking spaces. In keeping with record retention guidelines within the County and the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Industry, the Division of Parking Management is requesting a qualified consulting firm to organize and catalog to facilitate retrieval.
