Montgomery County Community Engagement Cluster hosts many events throughout the year that brings thousands of Montgomery County residents. Such as, but not limited to, Taste of Wheaton, HalloWheaton, Thursday nights (Silver Spring Swings), Silver Spring Beer Garden, Jazz Festival, Montgomery County Thanksgiving parade on the Saturday morning before Thanksgiving in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. The Community Engagement Cluster is seeking the following services: Ballon Artists, DJ's, Face painting artists, Caricature artists, Dress up character(s).
