The Office of Legislative Oversight is soliciting proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified, experienced vendor to complete a study that includes: how the members of current County commissions, committee, and boards are selected; the demographic composition of these groups; and the history of current members of these groups – specifically any previous commissions, committee, and board experience.
