The Office of the County Council is seeking a consultant to provide intensive Racial Equity and Social
Justice (RESJ) training for Montgomery County leadership. The training will improve participant’s
understanding of structural and institutional racism and should be designed to develop the capacity of
participants to better understand racism by presenting historical, cultural, and structural analysis. The in person training should be able to accommodate up to 40 participants.
