The intent of this solicitation is to obtain preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services for equipment that use coolants or have pumps or exhaust systems.  PM services must ensure the equipment remains operational and performs according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. The Contractor must have been in operation for at least five (5) years and have current licenses and/or certifications required for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration & cooling work. The Contractor must be able to test, troubleshoot and repair all equipment and brands and must be able to reprogram equipment operated with digital timers.
