Scope

The Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging and Disabilities Services, Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) provides oversight of nutrition services for seniors who live in Montgomery County, in compliance with the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended and reauthorized in 2006.

 

The SNP, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is seeking an entity to provide home-delivered meals for seniors and individuals of all ages who suffer from life-challenging medical conditions such as, but not limited to, advanced HIV/AIDS and cancer, to enable them to continue to live independently at home and in the community
