Scope

The County seeks proposals from qualified, experienced entities to operate and provide a Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Treatment (Level III.1) program as defined by Code of Maryland Regulations [COMAR] Title 10, Subtitle 63, Chapter 03, Subchapter 11  as a Halfway-House for a static group of up to a twenty (20) adult men and/or women who may have co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders.  These services are to be provided in a County owned facility located at 1 Lawrence Court, Rockville, Maryland, 20853.
