Scope

The County requires an experienced, qualified, and culturally-competent entity who demonstrates, through a proposal, their ability and commitment to provide a workforce development and training program for residents in East County (Burtonsville, Colesville, Fairland, White Oak, Cloverly).  The contract resulting from this RFP will provide training, job placement, employment case management, support, and referral services to assist with barriers in obtaining employment in the Eastern Region of the County.
