Scope

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks an experienced and qualified organization to continue developing, coordinating, improving and implementing key tasks necessary to advance the current sustainable recovery and distribution network program and build upon food recovery efforts to date.  The DHHS Contract Monitor will provide direction to the Contractor with input from the Montgomery County Food Council and the Food Recovery and Access Working Group (FRAWG) which consists of organizations involved with food assistance and food rescue in the County.
