This is a cooperative Invitation for Bids issued by Montgomery County, Maryland on behalf of the members of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) and other jurisdictions expressing interest for the purchase of their respective estimates known and future annual requirements for unleaded gasoline and/or E85.
