Scope

It is the intent of this RFP for Montgomery County to enter into a contract with a firm that can provide a fully functional residential permit parking system that will automate the permit application process and be used to issue, track, and enforce parking permits issued for designated RPP areas in the County.  The Contractor must provide all hardware, software, and services as part of the system to facilitate the County’s enforcement of the RPP program.
