Scope

The County is seeking one or more qualified offerors to provide low-barrier, housing focused shelter to homeless families.  Offerors are requested to submit proposals describing their qualifications and ability to serve vulnerable homeless families with minor children to move them from homelessness to transitioning into and maintaining stable housing.
