Scope

It is the intention to award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the highest percent discount as listed on the quotation sheets of each line item found on the third column titled Percent Discount from Manufacturer’s List Price for HVAC Refrigeration Equipment and Parts.  Bids will be evaluated based on a discount from manufacturer’s price list or vendor’s retail price list
