Scope

Group I - Remove debris in parking garage(s) by sweeping entire deck/ground surface areas, including entire raised platforms. Also, remove debris by sweeping entire entrance/exit surface areas to the parking garages, from the street right-of-way. 

Group II - Provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools and equipment for miscellaneous cleaning services at Public Parking Facilities. Cleaning of the garages includes washdown, degreasing and structural cleaning along with platform cleaning.
