Scope

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement, Division of Business Relations and Compliance (DBRC), is responsible for the implementation and administration of the County’s Wage Requirements Law (WRL, County Code 11B-33A). The WRL Program ensures workers on County funded projects receive livable wages. In the course of ensuring compliance with the WRL, there are occasions when an audit of a contractor or subcontractor becomes necessary. The County is requesting proposals from experienced professional auditing firms capable of providing dependable, cost effective and high quality internal audit services.
