Scope

It is the intent of the Department of General Services (hereinafter DGS), Division of Fleet Management Services (hereinafter DFMS), on behalf of Montgomery County, Maryland, to enter into a contract with a qualified Offeror/Contractor to provide performance-based supply-side Fuel management services, which include but are not limited to, Fuel consulting services, conducting of real-time, online, reverse auctions of multiple Fuel commodities and other commodities resulting in execution of a contract(s) in accordance with Montgomery County, Maryland Procurement Regulations.
