Scope

The Invitation for Bid is to solicit Bids from qualified roofing contractors to provide construction services for the Partial Roof Replacement at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) facility at 1301 Piccard Drive, Rockville, MD.  The work will consist of but not limited to removal and disposal of existing roofing systems and replacement.
