The County seeks proposals from qualified, experienced entities to provide the Stop, Triage, Engage, Educate and Rehabilitate  STEER: Response Team for Montgomery County residents and who will work collaboratively with The Montgomery County Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), Montgomery County Police Department(MCPD), local Emergency Rooms and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) providing quick response, linkage to treatment, coordination of services, and peer support services to drug overdose victims with substance use and co-occurring disorders.  The County intends to award one contract as result of this Request for Proposal (RFP)
