Scope

The County is seeking a qualified entity to provide a unified, comprehensive program to include Information and Referral, Service Coordination and Family Skills Training, on an in-home basis, for County-referred families living in Montgomery County.  The County will refer families who have been assessed as presenting a low to moderate risk of child maltreatment to the Contractor.  The Contractor’s services shall be delivered to families in a manner that responds to the families’ needs and concerns.
