The County seeks a qualified entity to provide community-based, pre-kindergarten services to children who are at least 3 years old at the time of enrollment in the program who reside in Montgomery County, Maryland.  The entity selected will work in partnership with the DHHS to deliver high-quality early care and education that will ensure that each child is able to enter school ready to learn while offering family support services. The target population to be served by this program is low-income families with young children who are at least 3 years old residing in Montgomery County who are not registered or enrolled in pre-kindergarten, Head Start or any other preschool program.
