Scope

The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the maintenance of 400+ County-owned and County-leased facilities. DGS’ intent is to retain a Contractor to provide all types of machine shop services needed for the repair of electric motors, pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hoses, seals and related components, in commercial and institutional applications, including but not limited to: rebuilding, reconditioning, overhauling, parts fabrication/manufacturing, removal and installation.
