Montgomery County’s Alcohol Beverages Services (ABS) requires electronic access to a robust, accurate, up-to-date, and expansive library of information on individual beers, wines, spirits, and other alcohol beverages for the purpose of enhancing the functionality and content of its existing and future web presence by either embedding or importing such information. Including Wine Spectator or other major media wine ratings and wine information should be one of many features available with this data.
