Scope	The Scope of Work contained herein is intended to outline the general contractor requirements under this Informal and any resultant contracts that may be executed as a result of this solicitation. The listed Scope of Work is not all inclusive of the services that may be required under any contract, which may be issued as a result of the Informal. A. The contractor must provide technical expertise for a broad range of graphic design activities. Assignments and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Research, gather, and curate photos and images for future graphic layout work Evaluate existing graphic design status of print/web Develop poster templates Produce activities, memberships and reservation marketing brochures, fliers, catalogs, banners, logo’s, signs, and other outreach materials Modify and update existing graphics for print and web Create new graphic layouts for print and web Coordinate with Recreation’s print contractor Provide recommendations as to structure, lay-out and style of graphics in relation to text for print and web formats Coordinate with appropriate REC staff to ensure that graphics will work in mobile platforms (smartphones, tablets) and that graphics intended for the department’s website comply with responsive web and Americans with Disability Act requirements (ada.gov/websites2_print.pdf) B. Examples of typical products resulting from the work required by the Contractor may include, but are not limited to: Posters, postcards and other print materials Brochures, catalogs, fliers, maps, logos, newsletters, pamphlets 16 Documents with updated graphics showing current information Newly created graphics for use with print and web Signage and brochures with updated images of recreational programs, events, activities, reservation Click here to download the informal solicitation.
