The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Immunization (IZ) Program has two sets of digital data loggers (DDLs) that the offeror must re-calibrate, repair, and provide maintenance of the DDLs, which must include the replacement of broken DDLs, DDL cables, and other parts as requested by DHHS.
The offeror must provide re-calibration services annually for the shipment of one set of twenty-nine (29) DDLs and one set of twenty-eight (28) DDLs.
The offeror must provide new VFC400 DDLs for temperature monitoring of the DHHS IZ program vaccines when current DDLs become non-functional.
The offeror must provide new VFC 00 smart probe (SP) with 1.5-meter cable
The offeror must provide VFC400 SP DDL vaccine monitoring kit.
The offeror must also provide non-battery or electric-operated transport coolers to meet the needs of the DHHS IZ program to assist with vaccine transport.
