The Department of correction and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified entity to refurbish terrazzo flooring at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility located at 22880 Whelan Lane, Boyds, MD 20841. The Contractor must have been in operation for at least five (5) contiguous years prior to this solicitation. 

The Contractor must refurbish approximately 3,494 square feet of terrazzo flooring and approximately 285 linear feet of terrazzo base molding to appear as close to new as possible. The refurbishing work must include all preparations to strip and prepare surfaces for restoration.  The finished work must achieve a smooth, high luster finish with an appropriate sealer to maintain the finish.

All work must be performed during overnight hours between 9:00pm and 4:00am.
