The Montgomery County Council is seeking graphic design services on an as needed basis to work with communications staff on infographics for electronic and printed materials, billboards used for community and media events, and the design and layout of brochures and other collateral materials.  Assignments generally include a compressed timeline for completion and are often requested in multiple languages.
