The County, by way of this Solicitation, seeks to contract with up to four qualified vendors for the design and construction of four fully assembled and decorated non-motive, towable parade floats for participation in the 2025 Thanksgiving Parade. Prospective vendors must submit a design and a summary list of the types of construction materials to be used for a scene to be constructed on a vendor-supplied trailer. Vendor’s design must include two decorative signs measuring approximately 2’ x 4’ which will announce the name of the float (and sponsor’s branding, if applicable). The Vendor will supply a driver and a tow vehicle that is rated by the manufacturer to have the proper capacity for the GVWR of the trailer. A design and list of materials must be supplied for each of one or more floats, up to four. The County may award none, one, some, or all of a prospective vendor’s designs, up to four. The County may award multiple vendors, not to exceed four vendors at one float each.
