Montgomery County Community Engagement Cluster (CEC) is seeking vendors who could provide printing and purchasing services for light pole banners throughout the year, as well as installation, removal and storage of seasonal light pole banners/pendants, snowflakes, holiday decorations and American flags.CEC anticipates using these services primarily for the Wheaton Urban District but reserves the ability to add additional locations as needed.
