Solicitation #1180508 Informal Small Purchase Solicitation 1/8/24 20 B. The Contractor must be able to interface with the Navigate 360/ P3 tip software to submit tips. C. The Contractor must be able to receive tips in English and Spanish with bilingual operators. D. The Contractor must be able to receive phone calls utilizing an anonymous format, maintaining confidentiality. E. The Contractor must be able to receive calls from our dedicated tips number using a transfer (DID) service.
